The light of your life: Mommy and Baby Yoga
We all know that mommies are the hardest working people on the planet. If you have a baby, just getting out of the house can be a monumental task. As a new mom, it is so difficult to find the time to restore and show yourself a little love. However, doing this as a mother is vital, as we can’t fully care for those around us if our tank is constantly running on empty. My hope is to make this a little bit easier for mommies by bringing the rejuvenation right to you!
In Mommy and Baby yoga, you’ll get the chance to bond with your baby while strengthening your body and revitalizing your mind. Babies get to work on skills such as tracking, crossing the mid-line, visual spatial skills, and body awareness. Mommies get to practice yoga in a place where breastfeeding, diaper changing, crying (whether it’s you or baby!) and playfulness are all allowed and encouraged! Classes are 60 or 75 minutes long and are for moms with babies who are 6 weeks of age all the way up to walking. Let me take care of you and your Little Light for a while so you can spend some time letting your own light get brighter!
Do you have a group of moms (or dads) interested in a session? The more, the merrier! Babies can play and socialize… and mommies can, too!
Are you ready to let your momma light shine brighter?
