BRIGHT LIGHTS

Practicing yoga allows us to connect to that inner light that shines inside us all, and by cultivating a regular yoga practice, we can shine that light even brighter in everything we do.  What are you seeking in your yoga practice?  A vigorous physical workout?  A little “me time” to rejuvenate body, mind and spirit?  Stress relief?  As your yoga teacher, I will work with you to create a systematic practice incorporating the appropriate balance of poses, breath work, and meditation to meet your specific needs.  Through our work together, you will acquire the skills and knowledge to develop a personal yoga practice that will enliven all aspects of your daily life and health. 

I have experience teaching and practicing:
    -Hatha Yoga
    -Vinyasa Yoga
    -Restorative Yoga
    -Pranayama (Balancing Breath Exercises)
    -Yoga Nidra (Guided Deep Relaxation)
    -Meditation
    -Sankalpa (Long Term Specific Goal Setting; A Resolution)
    -Mantra (Chanting)

Want to share the light with friends?  I am happy to work with small groups of up to five people so long as space permits!  Share the love (and cut down on your cost) by creating a small group.  You’ll be able to experience growth together, and we all know it’s easier to commit to a regular practice or workout if others are depending on our presence to make that happen!
